Puppies, and more puppies!

Our newest litter was born on Monday, March 10, 2025! Honey did an amazing job, as usual, and we had no complications. I was not home when she went into labor, but our oldest daughter still at home stayed with her until I arrived and kept an eye on things. Once the puppies started coming, it was just a few quick hours until the whole litter was here!

Honey and Donte had 4 puppies again, 2 girls and 2 boys. As is the case with the last two litters, one of them has a lighter, wavy coat reminiscent of a golden retriever, and one of them has a darker red coat with white markings. The other two have the beautiful wavy/curly golden coat that golden-doodles are know for.

The puppies are now 4 weeks old and are starting to explore their surroundings! Donald and Minnie have learned to climb out of the whelping box, and went on their first walk outside! We are giving Mickey and Daisy a few more days before taking them as they tend to be a little more tentative to exploring new things.

Everyone around here has their favorite puppy, so in the evenings during family time, they are all held and loved on as much as possible. These are going to be some great pets for their forever families!!
